About Anne Marie

With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Anne Marie brings a wealth of impartial knowledge and expertise to the market.  She has amassed over 100,000 property inspections throughout her career and works tirelessly on behalf of tenants, landlords and agents to reconcile tenancy disputes, including deposits, resulting in fair dispute margins understood by all parties.

Anne Marie has been leading the Housing Inspector team over the last 20 years, in that time providing valuable insight into fair and correct interpretation of legislation governing the Private Rented Sector.

Anne Marie is currently studying with the Open University for her LLB Law Degree and with the Chartered Institute of Housing Management for her Level 5 Membership.
