Working with everyone in the renting process, The Housing Inspector is a family run organisation born of one simple concept – the tenant and landlord relationship should be as honest, open and informed as possible. 

Since the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in 2007, many pieces of legislation have been introduced to help govern the practice of private rentals. We believe this is a step in the right direction, but there is room for much more improvement!
